Our 'Emu S6-H610 FL' is a high-quality fanless 19-inch system with 1U height, only 22cm depth and socketed intel Core i3/i5/i7/i9 processor (max. TDP: 35W). An aluminum heat-pipe diverts the heat of the processor to the integrated heat sink for noiseless passive cooling of the system. In the basic version, the system is equipped with intel Core i3-14100T and 8GB DDR5 RAM and offers Dual Gigabit LAN (with teaming support), USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports as well as HDMI V2.0b and DisplayPort V1.4a connectors. Various expansion options such as the upgrade to 64GB DDR5 RAM and the installation of SSDs or a WIFI expansion module are optionally possible.
Powerful socketed processors with many cores and inaudible fanless operation need not to be contradicting features: with our Emu S6-H610 FL, we have designed a system that combines a high degree of computing-capacity in the smallest of spaces. Fanless & inaudible. With an installation depth of just 22cm, it is also our shortest 19-inch system with a socketed processor. Thanks to its robust and almost completely enclosed design, it is also suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions.
The mainboard offers onboard HDMI V2.0b and DisplayPort V1.4a graphics ports, dual Gigabit LAN connections with teaming support (intel i219LM & Realtek RTL8111H), an onboard sound card, two rear USB 3.2 Gen 2 connectors (1x type-A / 1x type-C), an M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 slot and two internal SATA ports (6.0 GB/sec.). There are also internal onboard header connections for LVDS, GPIO and a serial COM port. Located on the front is the power switch, two LEDs, and a total of four USB ports (2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 / 2x USB 2.0). Depending on the selected CPU, we assemble either an external 120W 19V power supply unit from Fortron FSP (for intel Core i3/i5) or an external 230W 19V power supply unit - also from Fortron FSP (for intel Core i7/i9).
We are pleased to install mainboards from Kontron again in this current system series, which offer the highest quality through german development and production. A very compact Kontron K3831-H motherboard in thin-ITX format is being used as the base of this system. The mainboards are manufactured in the Kontron plant in Bavaria, so that the supply-distances for this product can be kept extremely short. The production-facility in Bavaria was taken over by Kontron from Fujitsu in 2019 and is one of the last european production sites of this kind. As a specialist for industrial and embedded systems, Kontron impresses with high-quality components, optimisation for 24-hour operation and long-term availability of up to 5 years.
The internal structure of the system is completely modular. Almost all components can be removed individually and replaced if necessary. The exclusive use of components that comply with current industry standards also contributes to this aspect. All systems are designed by us and are always being assembled in our technical department in Berlin.
In the basic configuration, the system is equipped with a power-saving intel Core i3-14100T quad-core processor of the latest generation and 8GB DDR5 Kingston RAM. An optional WIFI module with antennas and a serial port can also be integrated. Please select your desired configuration from the options listed below.
After system-assembly, the completed system receives an extensive and thorough system-test before being shipped. Included in the scope of supply are - apart from the server-system - the complete mainboard-accessories, the external power supply, a blue power cable and a small part set.
